  • Pay with CASH using PayNearMe at local retailers including Family Dollar, ACE Cash Express and participating Fidelity Express locations. Visit the PayNearMe website at to receive your reusable PayCode via mobile SMS text or email. Present your PayCode – either on a smart phone or on printed paper slip – to a cashier to be scanned at the register. Reuse the PayCode for future payments or get a new one. Your payment will be posted within 30-minutes. A $1.99 convenience fee will be added.
